Does Shelby’s Sweet Shoppe deliver?

Unfortunately, we do not deliver. There are times where we will make exceptions so please contact us with your situation. Thank you.

How do I store my cupcakes/cake?

It is important to keep your cupcakes/cake at room temperature. Do not refrigerate them (unless there is a mousse, pastry cream or curd filling) as this will dry out the cake. To preserve freshness, place cupcakes in a Ziplock freezer bag or an air tight container and freeze.

How do cupcakes/cake stay fresh?

Because Shelby’s Sweet Shoppe creations are made with all natural (preservative-free) ingredients, we encourage you to enjoy them at their freshest, on the day of purchase. If you will be consuming the cake/cupcakes more than 24 hours after receiving them, you can freeze them and they are good for up to 10 days after. To thaw them, leave them at room temperature for 2–3 hours before they are to be served!

Does Shelby’s Sweet Shoppe cater for weddings, baby showers and other events?

Does Shelby’s Sweet Shoppe offer Gluten-free, Vegan or Sugar free options?

We are pleased to offer both gluten-free and vegan cupcake flavors!

If I have a nut allergy, should I eat at Shelby’s Sweet Shoppe?

Shelby’s Sweet Shoppe is NOT a nut-free kitchen. Several of our flavors use peanuts or other nut products. We recommend that customers with severe nut allergies err on the side of caution and not eat our desserts. If the allergy is not as severe, please call for information.
